Client Portal for PD
The Client Portal acts as the hub where the PD can see a comprehensive list of all the tows completed for the PD. They can also generate reports to get a better picture of towing needs in their area.
Photos of Incident
Takes photos of the scene in the app. Once the form is submitted, photos are directly saved to the account and can be accessed in real-time from the Client Portal.
Request Tow via App
Using the Omadi app, an officer can directly request a tow. The tow will then be dispatched to the appropriate driver to be fulfilled asap.
