Dispatching/Tracking differences: Omadi has a native mobile app that continues to works with no cellular or wifi service. Omadi offers integrations with third party applications like motor clubs while Tow Administrator doesn’t. Omadi offers four tracking maps. Omadi Dispatch can easily add multiple divers to a single call by clicking on the drivers name. This can trigger an alert to the driver with job specific information. Multiple trucks usually add into a call as line items on the invoice. Tow administrator puts an additional line item on invoices for each driver/truck on the call.

Storage differences: Omadi offers a customer portal that is fully configurable to control what is accessible. You can share reports, lists, history,and many other things. It can also be used to request a tow or check the status of a current job or request. Tow Administrator offers a customer portal but wan’t clear on features offered.

Reporting differences: When a phone number is typed into Omadi it will indicate if that number is associated to any person you have towed for before. Tow Administrator doesn’t allow for automatic customer retrieval through phone number recognition.

This training can be either onsite, or remote via screen share and conference call. Support is 24/7 with on-call support teams available via chat, email, and by phone. Tow Administrator offers Both screen sharing and phone-based training and support.
