Some of the problems we were having was officer accountability. There was no way to actually know if an officer was actually doing the job that he was assigned to do. We were using either paper reports or email reports, which could be generated at any time from any location. So an officer could sit in his car at 7 Eleven parking lot and type up four reports for four different properties.

How Omadi helped provide greater accountability
We wanted to be able to give our clients some accountability. We wanted to be able to say, “We know for a fact our officers are where we say they are.” Omadi helps us solve those problems by giving us a GPS tracking of our officer’s locations when they are on property, when they’re making notations it allows us to track them in real-time. A supervisor can log into a tracking and actually track the officer and see exactly where they are every second that they’re on our properties and actually logged into the system. So it allows 100% accountability for the officer’s standpoint, but it also allows us to move them to an area that we need them.

 

Any company can go in and say, “Hey, we’ll always do everything on your property. We’ll do 100% of everything.” But unless you can prove it and show it, the client never knows for sure they’re getting that service that they’re being promised.

With Omadi, it allows us to show them that they’re getting that service.

 

Omadi provides real-time remote training opportunities
One of the great things about Omadi if I see the officer is at building 21 for a little bit too long—he’s not walking his property. I can immediately call and say, “Hey listen, I need you to keep moving. I need you to walk that property.” So it gives us the ability to supervise the employee from a remote location so we’re not having to stand there right next to the employee and correct little things such as the officer standing in one location for too long or the officer not checking a certain area.

And that’s a big thing. Sometimes officers will get complacent and not check a certain area like behind a building. We can see that, and then we can actually fix [the issue] and give our clients the service that they deserve.

Omadi helps to strengthen client relations
Omadi definitely gives us the ability to strengthen our relationship with our clients. It gives them the assurance of knowing that they being provided a service that they are paying for.
